Rivers have a deep meaning to me and have done from a young age. I was fascinated by their power, flow and sheer majesty they control for life around them and in their river system. The Headwaters are the source and beginning of a river. The size and strength of a river’s flow are not necessarily determined by its starting point, though the physical, biological and chemical features of the headwaters can have profound impact on downstream waters. I have found that like a river people need a healthy headwater in life to ensure a successful and healthy system to achieve your defined success. This is what Headwaters to Change is all about!
